Users can continuously learn the knowledge of the system through the help system inside the software and the user manual, and improve their ability to use, maintain, manage and control.
1. Confirmation and acceptance of the terms of service of this website
The ownership and operation rights of the services of this system belong to this system.
2. User obligations:
1. Provide relevant materials required for the product by yourself: such as distribution box, air switch, wire, tape, AC power supply and other related supporting materials, as well as the required construction manpower;

Users agree not to use the FALA IOT system and devices to:

2. Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others;
3. Transmit any malicious code, viruses, worms, or harmful data;
4. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the system;
5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts, or related networks.
4. Relevant personal data
User agrees to:
1. Provide timely, detailed and accurate personal information;
2. Agree to receive information from this system;
3. Continuously update the registration information to meet the requirements of timely, detailed and accurate. All original keyed data will be cited as registered data;
4. The system does not disclose the user's name, address, e-mail address and pseudonym, except in the following cases:
( 1 ) The user authorizes this website to disclose this information;
( 2 ) Corresponding laws and procedures require this website to provide users' personal data.

You are responsible for maintaining an active email address and ensuring that your device settings allow relevant notifications. FALA IOT will not require you to provide a phone number, physical address, or third-party instant messaging account for basic account registration and device monitoring.
6. Modification of Terms of Service
The system modifies the terms of service when necessary, and will prompt to change the terms of service in the software. If the user does not agree with the terms, he needs to contact the company for negotiation, otherwise it will be deemed that he agrees to the content of the modified terms.
7. User Privacy System

Therefore, users can only use these contents under the authorization of this system and advertisers, and cannot copy, reproduce, or create derivative products related to the contents without authorization.
15. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted commercial principles and the applicable laws of your local jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Warranty

17. Others
